The Old Agency Model is Broken


Advertising agencies are broken because of a combination of common issues:

  • Bad culture (look at the Glassdoor ratings for almost any agency)
  • Lack of culture
  • There is no training program for young talent
  • There is no training program to make sure managers manage well
  • There is no diversity or equity
