Partnership

If you are my client, then you are my partner. At least for a little while. Maybe for a long time.

As a partner, please share information freely.

I'm happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement too.

My working hours and your working hours are probably different. Our timezones too. Please do not feel obligated to reply outside your normal working hours.

Discussion

Ultimately, my services need to meet your needs and those of your business.

But remember that you are hiring me for my experience and point of view.

I am not a "yes man." That's what a mirror is for.

Instead, let's focus on iteration: "Yes, and..."

I may challenge existing thoughts, strategies, and processes in the pursuit of better.

Be a good human

Safe camp stands for:

  • Diversity
  • Cultural sensitivity: No one is illegal on stolen land. People of all languages, sexual orientations, genders, and races should have a voice and a choice.
  • Equity: Not just equality, but equity. We must uplift the voices that need to be heard, in place of the ones often or only heard.
  • Anti-discrimination: anti-racist, anti-ableist, anti-sexist, anti-homophobic, anti-transphobic, anti-xenophobic, anti-ageist, anti-classist, anti-fatphobic
  • Language matters
  • Continuing education
  • Cultural shift

Deal-breakers

These ones are non-negotiable. There is no tolerance for the following behaviors.

This will result in immediate termination of services, with no refunds or further services rendered.
